Can I purchase an undated voucher?

Definitely! This is why you should buy from us. You or the recipient of the voucher can sort out a location, date, and time at any course before it expires. Make sure to check for new locations which are included in our experiences from time to time. Our vouchers are only redeemable at locations shown, and with the partaking suppliers.

Can I confirm the available date and time before purchasing a voucher?

Yes. Please crosscheck with our suppliers for the availability if you would like to redeem the voucher on an exact date.

Can I purchase a voucher for someone else?

Yes. Any recipient that you designate can use the voucher. No names will be assigned on any of our vouchers before a booking date is confirmed with one of the suppliers.

Can I change or modify my order?

No modification can be made once we have started processing your order

What should I do if my order has been processed twice?

Please email us at hello@umego.io for a refund if your order is duplicated.

Is it necessary to book an experience in advance?

Unless otherwise, all experiences must be booked ahead of time. Contact the experience supplier with the details given on the e-voucher.

To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to make your booking as early as possible at all times. Please also be informed that the availability of some weather reliant experiences, such as hiking experiences, diving lessons, can be rescheduled.

What should I do to change the booking date of my voucher?

All bookings and/or reservations should be made with the experience supplier directly. All alterations should be based on the terms and conditions of the suppliers. You MUST get in touch with the Experience supplier directly if you wish to make any alterations to a confirmed booking.

How long will my voucher be valid for?

You are expected to book and take your experience before the expiry date of your voucher. The efficacy of each and every experience is specified in “Product Information” on UMEGO website, and will be stamped on the e-voucher.

Replacements

What should I do if I lost my e-voucher?

Simply contact us to arrange for a replacement e-voucher without any extra cost.

Refunds & Returns

What should I do to claim a refund?

Sorry, we do not offer refunds at this point. Nonetheless, you can select any other experiences on the website of your choice, up to the value of your existing voucher, for a swap.

Redemption of an E-Voucher

What should I do to book my experience with the e-voucher?

Check and select a location, then contact the supplier with the details given.

Am I required to take the experience before my voucher expires?

You must book and use the Experience by the expiration date imprinted on your e-voucher.

What should I do to cancel or modify my booking?

All bookings and/or reservations should be made with the experience supplier directly. All alterations should be based on the terms and conditions of the suppliers. Please ensure to check and comprehend with the policies and procedures on alterations and/or cancellations, especially on a short notice, when you book your experience.

You MUST get in touch with the Experience supplier directly if you wish to make any alterations to a confirmed booking.

What should I do if my Experience is cancelled?

Don’t worry! If your confirmed experience is cancelled by the supplier, a re-book will be arranged. We advise you to call or email the supplier in advance to make sure the experience you booked in is still happening. UMEGO is not responsible for any cost incurred in case of cancellation of a booking.

Can my voucher be used by someone else?
