To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to make your booking as early as possible at all times. Please also be informed that the availability of some weather reliant experiences, such as hiking experiences, diving lessons, can be rescheduled.

All bookings and/or reservations should be made with the merchant directly. All alterations should be based on the terms and conditions of the merchants. You MUST get in touch with the Experience supplier directly if you wish to make any alterations to a confirmed booking.

You are expected to book and take your experience before the expiry date of your voucher. The efficacy of each and every experience is specified in “Product Information” on UMEGO website, and will be stamped on the e-voucher.

Once the payment is settled, you will receive a confirmation email with your e-voucher.

Simply contact us to arrange for a replacement e-voucher without any extra cost.

Sorry, we do not offer refunds at this point. Nonetheless, you can select any other experiences on the website of your choice, up to the value of your existing voucher, for a swap.
